The case between Hon Gwottson D Fom & Hon Tyem Pirfa Jingfa -V- Rt Hon Nuhu Abok Ayuba, Hon Yakubu Y. Sanda, Mr Longbab Ponven Wuyep(Clerk of the House), PLSG, NPF, NSCDC & 10 ors. came up today 31st January 2022 at the Plateau State High court.

The case between Hon Gwottson D Fom & Hon Tyem Pirfa Jingfa -V- Rt Hon Nuhu Abok Ayuba, Hon Yakubu Y. Sanda, Mr Longbab Ponven Wuyep(Clerk of the House), PLSG, NPF, NSCDC & 10 ors. came up today 31st January 2022 at the Plateau State High court. 

The matter is seeking to nullify the said impeachment of the RT Hon Nuhu Abok Ayuba as SPEAKER of the Plateau House of Assembly.

Counsel to the Nigeria Police Force, NK Tali Esq appealed to the court for time to enable the Police respond to the Claim. The lead counsel to the claimants, Hon Edward Pwajok SAN LB, magnanimously agreed & did not oppose the application for extension of time.

The Hon Justice NL Musa adjourned the case to the 15th day of March 2022 for hearing.
